What began as a part time venture has evolved into a sophisticated, full service career defined by expertise, discretion, and enduring client relationships.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Wittenberg University and a Master’s degree in Education with a focus in Literacy from Ashland University. Megan is also a Certified Travel Agent Executive through CLIA, the Cruise Line International Association, a distinction that underscores her professional rigor and industry fluency.
Megan built her business on a strong foundation in family travel, developing particular expertise in Disney and Universal destinations. As both an advisor and a mother of three, Megan offers a rare blend of professional insight and lived experience, allowing her to anticipate needs and elevate even the most complex itineraries with ease.
Megan’s personal travels have expanded her focus to include international journeys, with deep familiarity in Ireland, United Kingdom, France, and the Caribbean. Among her most memorable experiences is an extended journey through Greece and Turkey, where she explored a collection of islands and coastal cities, shaping her appreciation for immersive, culturally rich travel.

Susan Lupien brings a depth of firsthand experience to every itinerary she designs, having personally explored more than 30 countries and sailed aboard more than 20 ocean voyages. Her extensive travel portfolio spans continents and oceans, giving her an intimate command of what truly defines a world-class journey.
Among her signature specialties is an exceptional command of Disney travel at every scale. Susan has experienced the full breadth of the Disney portfolio firsthand, from Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort to Tokyo Disney Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland. She has also personally completed an Adventures by Disney land journey across Europe, offering clients an insider’s understanding of how to craft immersive, culturally enriched itineraries for families and groups seeking something beyond the ordinary.
Her expertise extends seamlessly into luxury ocean cruising, where decades of personal voyages have sharpened her ability to match clients with the right ship, itinerary, and experience. Ron Howard is a travel advisor at The New Albany Travel Company, bringing an adventurous perspective and an explorer’s instinct to every itinerary he helps craft. With a passion for discovery that has taken him to 49 of the 50 United States and across multiple continents, Ron approaches travel with the enthusiasm of someone who believes the world’s greatest moments are still ahead.
Ron’s love of the water defines much of his travel identity. Whether he is swimming in a secluded cove, kayaking along a rugged coastline, or navigating white water rapids, he is most at home when adventure involves an element of the natural world. That spirit of exploration led him to one of his most transformative travel experiences, an Azamara cruise beginning in Athens and concluding in Istanbul, a journey that beautifully captured the depth and drama of the Eastern Mediterranean.
On land, Ron has developed a deep affinity for Europe’s most captivating destinations. Paris holds a special place as his favorite European city, and the ethereal Mont Saint-Michel, rising dramatically from the tidal flats of Normandy, ranks among the continent’s most awe-inspiring sights. Meanwhile, Bruges, Belgium, with its timeless canals and cobblestone charm, stands out as nothing short of magical. A devoted soccer fan, Ron has experienced the unmatched energy of three FIFA World Cup Tournaments firsthand, a testament to his belief that the most memorable travel experiences are the ones that stir genuine passion.
Ron is also an avid Caribbean cruiser and is eagerly anticipating a milestone Alaska cruise, one that will complete his journey through all 50 United States. At the top of his list is Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park, one of the world’s premier destinations for witnessing brown bears catching salmon, particularly in late July through August when the rivers fill with returning salmon and the bears gather to feast.
